My back
So now I think I know what the problem is. The other day I was at 24 with brittany && christine. My lower back started hurting alot after I took zumba and when I worked out. So I went to ask one of the personal trainer guys and he help me stretch. Then when I got up it still hurt :(. I bend over to the side. He said I probably pulled a muscle -_________________- 2-3 weeks of pain. A PULLED...
